We use to go all the time, but over the past few years the quality and service has gone downhill. Just got this morning and only had 4-5 bagel choices (normally 16-20) and the two blueberry my wife and I got were raw inside! Will likely be awhile before trying again

I agree with the latest review, absolutely gone down hill. Who in their right mind would wrap a bagel with hot cheese like this? I went to call the store and they silenced there phone. I called corporate thinking they could give me my refund, just for them to be rude and snarky. Not to mention they don’t know how to properly make lattes go to everything bagel SO much better and great employees!

This place was perfect for a quick bite to eat. They have a lot of menu items to offer, coffee and some tasty desert side items. I definitely can't wait to visit again. My first time I tried the southern sandwich on a blueberry bagel and a cinnamon crumb cake muffin. My muffin was a bit stale but I'll just pop it in the microwave next time.

This place has gone down hill big time. I’ve been going here for years, but it has now reached the point where I don’t believe that I will be patronizing again. The place was beyond dirty. The floors, windows, tables, chairs, ceiling, etc. we’re filthy. There was a random box in the middle of the seating area that probably should have been in the back. On top of all of that flys we’re everywhere throughout the restaurant. It makes me wonder what the areas where customers can’t see look like. Also how does it pass a health inspection. The owners clearly do not care about the restaurants appearance or cleanliness. The staff is very rude. They make you feel like an inconvenience when you’re ordering or asking a question. Also half of the staff wear air pods, and ignore you when you try to ask a question since they can’t hear you while wearing those. Some of the staff weren’t wearing gloves when handling food. The bagels are good, but that’s about it. The bacon is disgusting and very disappointing. It appears to be microwaved, is hard as a rock, and they barely put 1 piece of bacon on my breakfast bagel sandwich. Incredibly disappointing to see one of my favorite breakfast resta

delicious! keep in mind, my photos aren’t the best because i had already eaten some of it. the sesame bagel was simple, flavorful, and had a nice light texture. i got the “just veggies omlette” sandwich with onion and chive cream cheese. the cream cheese was rich and had good onion/chive flavor, and the omlette was so light and fluffy. it was a perfect portion of egg. the vegetables inside were crunchy, fresh, and not overcooked. it’s a warm and friendly place. ordered and got my bagel within 3 minutes. great stop on a wednesday morning. :-)
